Team Human is a multi-generational, cross-sector group. We bring the generations into one room, tell the stories that emerge, and turn those stories into the evidence a flourishing future needs. Clear about the challenges. Organized around hope.
We convene diverse generations and sectors in rooms built for conversation, 40 to 60 people at a time, charrette style, in person and online. The room runs on catalyst energy, not lecture. What comes out are multigenerational stories: how a student, a mid-career worker, and someone twenty years further along are each experiencing AI, not just one generation's version of it.
We are a broad tent of people who care: technologists, journalists, educators, and creatives across four generations. Each generation shapes the agenda. No one hands down a script, and no one defers just because they have been around longer. The goal: a future where AI advances equity and agency instead of eroding them.
Lifelong learning and the creation of new knowledge, not just school.
A bridge connecting students, educators, and a human-centric, AI-ready workforce.
The connective tissue between people, efforts, and local economies.
Our first cohort is at work. Students are paired with local employers, conducting recorded interviews about AI and the future of work, and contributing to a presentation at a conference this fall. Want in on the next cohort or know a student who should be? Reach out.
Read About the ProgramMonthly to bi-monthly seminars and quarterly in-person gatherings. Charrette-style rooms of 40 to 60 people, built to surface the voice of everyone in them and to confront the real challenges of a future centered on human flourishing.
See What a Convening Looks LikeRooms of diverse generations and sectors produce multigenerational stories about how AI is actually being experienced. New knowledge created together, not handed down by whoever has been there the longest.
Those stories surface the problems worth solving, seen through a lens of human flourishing. A multigenerational story is harder to dismiss, and it is built to travel: publishing, cross-posting, other people's platforms.
Once we know the problems, we know what to measure. We pair the patterns our stories surface with research and frameworks that already exist, then pilot what we learn where the problems actually show up.
“You can let the wave hit you, or you can ride it.”
